Brightli in Columbia, Missouri is seeking a Program Coordinator for Adult Housing to lead daily therapeutic programming and oversee Residential Specialists. You will coordinate staffing, document care, and work with treatment teams to meet residents’ needs, promoting independence and recovery.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, crisis support, and adherence to program priorities, with certification requirements and driving responsibilities as part of duties.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or related field or progress toward degree with two years completed.
• Maintain Level One Medication Aide certification when required by location/program.
• Strong communication, supervision, and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations of therapeutic programming and services at Adult Housing locations.
• Hire, supervise, and support Residential Specialists; coordinate shift coverage.
• Guide staff through communication, coaching, and performance oversight; implement priorities.
• Collaborate with treatment teams to address residents' needs and coordinate care.
• Support residents with individualized treatment goals and daily living skills; crisis resolution on moment’s notice.
• Assist with medications as prescribed and maintain related certifications when required.
• Maintain documentation timely and accurately; ensure staff training remains current.
• Manage program funds, census information, databases, and records.
• Promote positive change and communicate updates to the team and organization.
