Job summary

Brightli in Springfield, Missouri is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to guide a team of clinicians delivering evidence-based treatment to individuals in recovery.

You will provide supervision, support program evaluation, and collaborate with management to shape innovative treatments while upholding Burrell policies. This role emphasizes a collaborative, respectful workplace and commitment to client care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Licensed in Missouri as a Professional Counselor with at least 2 years post supervision experience.
• Willingness to become approved within 12 months by the Missouri Professional Counselor Board to supervise provisionally licensed counselors.
• Willingness to become approved within 12 months by the Missouri Credentialing Board to supervise MAADC I or MAADC II counselors.
• At least 1 year of substance use disorder treatment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical clinical oversight to assigned team members and meet client goals.
• Access emergency services to provide rapid aid during emotional crises.
• Attend to management needs including data collection, program evaluation, and contract maintenance.
• Participate in self and team evaluations per Burrell Policies and Procedures.
• Respond to Quality Assurance procedures and cooperate with utilization review.
• Research and oversee evidence-based programming, assessments, and treatment planning.
• Provide clinical supervision to clinicians and supervision to Peer Support Specialists and Community Support Specialists.
• Arrange clinical staff training in assessment, treatment planning, and client engagement.
• Monitor level of care appropriateness and changes to treatment intensity.
• Oversee group supervision meetings for Peers and CSSs as needed.
• Act as liaison between administration and assigned clinical team.
• Monitor clinical documentation, time, productivity, and supervise staff to ensure compliance.
