Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a Program Coordinator for Adult Housing in Columbia, MO. You will lead daily operations, supervise Residential Specialists, and coordinate staffing to deliver therapeutic programming that supports residents toward greater independence.

The role collaborates with treatment teams, assists with medication administration as required, and ensures accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. A compassionate, collaborative environment promotes recovery goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or related field or actively pursuing with two years completed
• Experience supervising Residential Specialists and coordinating staffing preferred
• Ability to maintain accurate program and financial records and to complete required documentation on time

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of therapeutic programming and ensure quality services for Adult Housing residents
• Hire, supervise, and support Residential Specialists; coordinate shift coverage and teamwork
• Collaborate with treatment teams to address residents’ needs and coordinate care
• Assist residents with medications and maintain required certifications as needed
• Maintain records, training compliance, and program budgets; ensure safety and crisis resolution when needed
