Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• STNA certification or listed on Ohio Nurse Aide Registry.
• Valid driver’s license for transporting residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including eating, bathing, hygiene, dressing and communication.
• Transport and accompany residents to activities and programs.
• Complete daily and monthly documentation; monitor changes in residents’ condition.
