Job summary

Mentor South Bay, a Sevita program, is hiring an Early Intervention Assistant in Brockton, MA. The role supports group programming for young children receiving Early Intervention services, helping them achieve IFSP outcomes through structured activities and therapeutic play.

Responsibilities

• Co-facilitate group activities by modeling skills and engaging children in play.
• Support group leaders with developmentally appropriate activities targeting IFSP outcomes.
• Assist in managing behavior to maintain a safe, structured group environment.
• Provide one-on-one support during group activities and transitions.
• Prepare materials and set up activity stations for toddler groups.
• Assist with parent groups, setup, and child-parent activities.
• Participate in planning to align activities with developmental goals.
