Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. seeks Therapeutic Mentors to work with youth ages 5-17 in one-on-one and group settings. Mentors coordinate with treatment teams to support goals and offer flexible hours with benefits such as medical/dental/vision insurance and PTO.

The role includes transporting clients, maintaining contact with families, and documentation in EMR, with a strong emphasis on compliance and collaboration within the care team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent coursework in health-related field or social work.
• Experience with troubled youth preferred and EMR/Office proficiency.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic activities to teach social, self-care, and coping skills.
• Coach and connect clients to community resources and treatment teams.
• Transport clients to clinics and events and maintain client contact.
• Collaborate with directors, prescribers, and staff for care continuity.
• Meet weekly with clients, complete required meetings and trainings.
• Respond to messages within 24 hours and follow compliance standards.
• Maintain documentation in EMR and uphold 48-hour standards.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
