Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. seeks Bilingual Therapeutic Mentors to work with youth aged 5-17 in one-on-one and group settings. Mentors coordinate with each client’s treatment team to reach treatment goals and expand knowledge in mental health and social work.

Position offers flexible hours and benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage, PTO, 401(k) with employer match, and travel reimbursement. Requires Bachelor’s in a related field or 30 credit hours with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or health-related field, or 30 credit hours toward a degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide therapeutic activities to teach social interactions and coping skills.
• Support client goals by coaching and linking to community resources.
• Transport clients to clinics and events as needed.
• Maintain contact with clients, families and treatment team.
• Collaborate with directors and prescribers for continuum of care.
• Manage a caseload of at least 20 clients and meet weekly.
