Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. seeks Therapeutic Mentors to work with youth aged 5-17 in both one-on-one and group settings. Mentors will coordinate with treatment teams to support goals, offering flexible hours and benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) with employer match.

This role involves traveling to clinics and events, maintaining caseloads, and collaborating with directors and prescribers to ensure continuity of care. Training and supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a health-related field, or 30 credit hours toward a bachelor’s degree.
• One year of work experience in a supervised mental health setting preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic activities to promote healthy social interactions and coping skills.
• Coach, train, and link clients to community resources to achieve goals.
• Transport clients to clinics and events as needed.
• Maintain contact with clients, families, and treatment teams.
