Disneyland Resort in Anaheim seeks Massage Therapists at Tenaya Stone Spa to provide exceptional Guest Service and professional massage treatments to guests, following spa protocols. Requires CA license and 18+.

Full-time role with availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role involves applying oils, maintaining sanitation, restocking rooms, promoting spa services and retail, and delivering attentive service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must hold and maintain California State Massage Therapist license.
• Previous spa or hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with service recovery methods.
• Knowledge of services and products to educate Guests.
• Strong guest service orientation.
• Receptive to special requests and proactive in anticipating Guests' needs.
• Knowledgeable about Disneyland Resort area.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage treatments per Tenaya Stone Spa protocols.
• Apply oils, lotions, and other products as approved.
• Maintain sanitation and sterilization per policy and law.
• Prepare room and restock supplies.
• Promote spa services and retail offerings.
• Address Guest questions and ensure satisfaction.
• Attend required training to stay current with spa policies.
• Perform all massages offered by Tenaya Stone Spa.
