Job summary

Tenaya Stone Spa is seeking Massage Therapists in California to provide exceptional guest service and professional massage treatments. You will follow spa protocols, apply products, and promote services while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Must have a CA Massage Therapist license, 18+ years old, and prior spa or hotel experience. Full-time role with availability including evenings and weekends. Disneyland area knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must currently hold and maintain California Massage Therapist license.
• Previous experience in a spa or hotel environment.
• Ability to handle difficult situations independently while using service recovery methods.
• Knowledge of all services and products while educating Guests.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm and excellent guest service skills.
• Receptive to special requests and proactive in anticipating Guests needs.
• Knowledgeable about The Disneyland Resort and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent professional massage treatments in accordance with Tenaya Stone Spa protocols.
• Perform all spa treatments as defined by the position.
• Apply oils, lotions, and other products.
• Care for equipment and use products cost effectively.
• Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards.
• Perform prep work and restock room as required.
• Promote spa services, sessions, and retail and promotions.
• Handle Guests questions and concerns professionally.
• Provide accurate responses to Guest requests for satisfaction.
• Attend mandatory training to stay updated on spa policies and trends.
• Must be able to perform all massage treatments offered by Tenaya Stone Spa.
• Additional leadership opportunities may be available after assessment.
