Job summary

Disneyland Resort’s Tenaya Stone Spa is seeking Massage Therapists to deliver therapeutic massages and related services to Guests, following spa protocols. You will apply oils and products, keep treatment rooms prepared, and promote spa services and retail with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Role requires CA licensure, spa/hotel experience, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Growth opportunities exist for leadership roles within the spa team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• California Massage Therapist license (active)
• Spa or hotel environment experience
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with service recovery
• Knowledge of services/products; educate Guests
• Strong verbal communication and guest-service orientation
• Flexible schedule; open to evenings/weekends/holidays
• Receptive to special requests and guest needs

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent professional massage treatments per Tenaya Stone Spa protocols
• Perform all spa treatments offered by Tenaya Stone Spa
• Apply oils/lotions and other products
• Care for equipment and manage product usage
• Maintain sanitation and sterilization standards
• Prepare and restock treatment rooms
• Promote spa services and retail to Guests
• Address Guest questions and concerns professionally
• Provide quick, accurate responses to Guest requests
• Attend mandatory training on spa policies and trends
• Potential for additional leadership opportunities requiring assessment
