Job summary

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must hold state Nail Technician license (CA).
• Previous experience in a spa or hotel environment.
• Excellent guest service and strong verbal communication.
• Knowledge of Tenaya Stone Spa policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent professional nail, hand and foot treatments per Tenaya Stone Spa protocols.
• Perform all spa services defined by the position and maintain sanitation standards.
• Care for equipment and use products cost-effectively.
• Promote spa treatments, services, sessions and promotions.
• Address guest questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Attend mandatory training to stay updated on policies and trends.
• Perform all nail, hand and foot services offered by Tenaya Stone Spa.
