Job summary

Bay Area Community Services (BACS) seeks a Site Supervisor for the Camellia Village Supported Independent Living (SIL) program in Sacramento. You will create, implement, and oversee supportive services and ensure operations meet regulatory and policy standards.

You will manage tenancy sustaining services, billing, and full site operations across multiple SIL sites regionally, with resident-centered care and harm-reduction principles guiding practice.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating supportive services and housing plans.
• Familiarity with Medi-Cal billing and compliance.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Camellia Village SIL site.
• Ensure tenancy support services and housing sustainability for residents.
• Supervise care coordinators across shifts and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage revenue via Medi-Cal eligibility checks and billing.
• Oversee leasing, intakes, discharges, and landlord/tenant compliance.
• Lead site inspections and maintain safe, welcoming environments.
• Coordinate facilities management and vendor relations.
• Drive quality assurance and data reporting for site performance.
• Perform special projects and data analysis as needed.
