Job summary

Bay Area Community Services (BACS) is seeking a Camellia Village SIL Site Supervisor in Sacramento. You will oversee supportive services operation, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage site-wide housing and therapeutic residential programs.

The role includes on-site management, on-call 24/7 coverage with regional travel, and responsibility for tenancy sustaining services, billing, and program quality.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of property management experience required.
• CA driver’s license and own vehicle required; DMV printout.
• Extensive Bay Area travel required.
• Bachelor or AA degree preferred in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage Medi-Cal billing and eligible services; ensure revenue generation.
• Supervise care coordinators and support staff across shifts.
• Maintain rent collection targets and unit turnovers; coordinate with landlords/regs.
