• Gathers data from residents to complete and update activity assessments and plans of care.
• Carries out individual and group activities that meet residents' needs and interests.

• Assists Activity Director with development of activity calendars and posting them.
• Monitors safety and reports hazards to supervisor.
• Records information in resident records as instructed.
• Participates in surveys and required training.
