Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent or machining certification.
• 1–2 years CNC/machining experience preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Able to read and interpret work instructions.
• Experience with lathes, mills, plasma machines, and small hand tools.

Aufgaben

• Read work orders and blueprints to machine parts accurately.
• Assist in inspections of equipment, materials, and products.
• Load raw materials and parts onto machines.
• Monitor machines and adjust settings to meet specs.
• Select and load correct cutting tools for jobs.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify tolerances.
• Document actions by completing production work orders.
• Maintain and clean machinery daily; assist setup of mills/lathe fixtures.
