Job summary

RWS Entertainment Group is seeking a Project Coordinator in Cincinnati to manage project coordination and delivery from concept through construction for themed entertainment. This hybrid role requires strong background in project documentation management and communication across creative and technical teams.

The ideal candidate has experience within themed entertainment and construction management with excellent organizational skills. This is a contract role, not full-time.

Qualifications

• Experience in design & build communication within architecture or construction.
• Familiarity with themed entertainment project lifecycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project coordination and delivery from concept through construction.
• Coordinate with designers and vendors for updates and revisions.
• Manage documentation for RFQs, RFPs, and tender documentation.
