Job summary

TechMDinc is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of multi-site projects in the themed entertainment sector. You will coordinate with Engineering, Design, Production, and clients to ensure scope, schedules, budgets, and resources meet quality standards.

You will serve as the primary client contact, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement while guiding project teams toward on-time, on-budget completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a Project Manager role, preferably in themed entertainment.
• Experience managing complex technical projects from conception to completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close multiple projects within time and budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, scopes, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors; visit sites as needed.
• Manage risks, changes, and client expectations; drive change orders.
• Lead client meetings and ensure project alignment with objectives.
