Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our on-site kitchen team in Tampa, FL. The role requires preparing and cooking menu items to established recipes, portion standards, and safety guidelines, with focus on speed and accuracy during peak park hours.

You will set up and break down stations, maintain sanitation, collaborate with teammates, and support events and high-volume operations to deliver a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with grilling, frying, sautéing, and food prep.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and storage.
• Ability to work quickly on a high-volume line.
• Prior theme park, resort, or restaurant kitchen helpful.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and restaurant policies.

Responsabilités

• Set up and break down kitchen stations according to recipes.
