Lazydays RV of Tampa Inc in Seffner, FL is seeking a Line Cook responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to standardized recipes, ensuring high quality, taste and presentation in a fast-paced environment. This role supports dinner and service demands while upholding safety standards.

You will work with kitchen staff to maintain workflow, follow food safety guidelines, and contribute to timely service and customer satisfaction during every shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as line cook or in a similar kitchen role.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demand during service hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations throughout the shift.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or needs to the kitchen management.
• Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and plating.
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper rotation of stock.
• Participate in daily kitchen setup and closing procedures.
