Job summary

Regal is seeking team members to provide exceptional guest service across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. You will handle POS, cash, ticketing, and upsell Premium Viewing experiences while ensuring tickets and concessions comply with MPAA policies.

Role requires strong communication, the ability to read training materials, and dedication to maintaining a clean, safe, and friendly theatre environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and guest relations.
• Ability to communicate clearly and respond to guests promptly.
• Comfort with cash handling and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Box Office: operate POS, handle cash and tickets, upsell Premium Viewing options.
• Concession: manage cash drawer, stock, and food safety compliance.
• Usher: guide patrons, enforce seating and MPAA rating policies, assist with crowd flow.
