Job summary

Regal theatres are seeking team members to provide exceptional guest service across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. Positions include variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or full-time hourly employment.

Responsibilities span ticketing, foodservice, crowd management, and adherence to dress code and safety policies. Qualified applicants will have completed, or be progressing toward, cast certification as a cast member and box office cashier, with emphasis on attendance,

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier, or progress toward completion.
• If the theatre sells alcohol and duties include serving alcohol, complete legally required state/local training and Regal RB Server training.
• Strong communication and public speaking abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS systems with accuracy for cash, cards, tickets, passes and coupons.
• Concession duties: operate POS, manage inventory, promote Regal Crown Club program, ensure food safety and breaks compliance.
• Usher duties: direct patrons, check tickets, enforce MPAA ratings, maintain theatre cleanliness, assist with opening/closing.
