Job summary

Regal is seeking team members to provide exceptional service in a theater environment. You may work in Box Office, Concession, or as an Usher, ensuring guests have a positive experience from ticket purchase to seating and post-show duties.

Positions include variable hour, part-time fixed or full-time hourly roles with an emphasis on attendance, safety, and compliance with policy. Training on alcohol service where applicable is included.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver friendly, efficient service to guests across theater areas.
• Experience handling cash, credit cards, and tickets accurately.
• Familiarity with Regal Crown Club promotions and upselling opportunities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and resolve guest questions promptly.

Responsibilities

• Box Office: operate POS, balance cash drawer, process payments, and sell tickets.
• Concession: manage stock, handle payments, and upsell snacks and beverages.
• Usher: direct guests to seats, enforce MPAA ratings, and assist with safe theater operations.
