Cinemark USA, Inc. in Folsom, CA is hiring Theatre Team Members to greet guests, operate the POS, verify tickets, and provide movie information. This role supports multiple theatre functions including usher, box office, or concession work depending on staffing, requiring quick, accurate service and a friendly attitude.

Must be 16+ years old with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent customer service, clear English communication, teamwork, and basic cash handling

Qualifications

• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Able to communicate verbally and in writing with guests of all ages.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions completed on assigned register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to an auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie, specialist event, and general theatre information.
• Respond to phone calls and questions from Guests in a professional manner.
• Conduct theatre inspections to monitor presentation and sound quality; ensure safety.
• Maintain cleanliness of theatre areas (lobby, aisles, restrooms, auditoriums).
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
