Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring Team Members to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You’ll assist with concessions, box office, or usher duties as needed, answering questions, selling tickets, and helping ensure a safe, enjoyable movie experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, operating the POS, verifying tickets, providing information, keeping areas clean, and supporting opening/closing tasks. Must be 16+, English proficient, and able to work flexible hours.

Qualifikationen

• Greet guests and provide friendly, accurate service.
• Operate the POS system for all transactions at the assigned register.
• Provide theatre information and assist guests with questions.

Aufgaben

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions completed on assigned register
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium
• Ensures tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system, studio admittance policy, and company policy
• Provides pricing, movie information, and general theatre information
• Responds to guest questions in a professional manner
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety across all areas
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned
