Coming Attractions Theatres, Inc. is seeking a Theatre Assistant Manager in Training to deliver friendly guest service at the ticket counter and concessions while upholding theatre standards.

This role offers hands-on training to progress toward an Assistant Manager position within 90 days. The ideal candidate is 18+, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, with strong communication, cash handling and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Active listening and interpersonal communication with guests.
• Ability to explain promotions and upsell concessions.
• Accurate cash handling and change calculation.
• Experience delivering quality guest service in a retail or hospitality setting.
• Ability to multitask and manage time during busy periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engages guests with eye contact and a smile.
• Uses suggestive sales techniques to inform guests of promotions and savings.
• Completes ticket/concession sales on POS terminals and handles payments.
• Maintains accurate cash and inventory levels.
• Assembles food items for sale.
• Performs theatre and exterior checks and crowd control.
• Keeps concession areas clean and stocked.
• Cleans theatre and lobby areas.
• Enforces MPAA rating system.
