The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of management experience, strong English communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Movie theatre experience is a plus and bilingual Spanish is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills required.

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong English communication; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest services to ensure the best movie-going experience.
• Ensure adherence to company policies by TMs and TLs.
• Assist with inventory and deliveries.
• Inspect deliveries and correct errors or damages.
• Maintain film presentation standards and arrange timely repairs.
