Harkins Theatres is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist Senior and General Managers with theatre operations. You will supervise team members, support day-to-day department functions, and help ensure a top-tier guest experience.

The role requires strong guest service, basic theatre operations knowledge, and comfort with Microsoft Office. Flexible hours and advancement opportunities are available as part of a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Movie theatre experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good written and verbal English; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Availability during busiest times.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest services to ensure the best movie-going experience.
• Adhere to company policies and train team members accordingly.
• Assist with inventory and deliveries.
• Inspect deliveries and correct issues promptly.
• Maintain standards for film presentation and repairs as needed.
