Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; supervisory experience required (3 months) or 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification, or VP-approved equivalent.
• Must complete required Alcohol Serving training if applicable.
• Beneficial to have ROM understanding and management certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach non-management staff.
• Attend and maintain attendance, policies, and safety protocols.
• Operate theatre projection and AV equipment and related systems.
• Handle cash, deposits, and receipts with accuracy.
• Recruiting, scheduling, and disciplining staff under GM oversight.
• Oversee concessions stock, inventory, and cafeteria supplies.
