Qualifications

• Theatre management role requires supervisory capability and potential leadership.
• High school graduate with some supervisory or theatre experience or completion of Cast Certification Program.
• Alcohol service if applicable must meet state/local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise theatre staff and operate all projection and audio-visual equipment.
• Schedule, interview, hire, coach, and discipline staff as directed by GM.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold theatre policies.
• Monitor safety, manage cash handling and reconciliations, and control costs.
