Job summary

Regal is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise theatre operations and staff, ensuring policy adherence and representing Regal to guests. This hourly role emphasizes attendance, training, and customer service excellence.

The position requires a high school diploma, supervisory or theatre experience, and proficiency with projection/AV systems. Candidates must meet safety and beverage training requirements and maintain guest satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least three months supervisory experience, or 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification Program, or potential leadership with VP approval.
• If duties involve alcohol, must be of legal age and complete Regal beverage server training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach non-management staff.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment.
• Monitor safety, risk, and incident reporting.
• Schedule, interview, and assist with HR duties under supervision.
• Control costs and manage concessions inventory.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and service quality.
