Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance management under GM guidance.
• Operate all projection and audio-visual equipment and manage ROM and related systems.
• Train and develop non-management employees and ensure compliance with theatre policies.
• Control costs by purchasing and managing concessions stock and inventory.
• Ensure safety and risk management during daily operations and handling of receipts and finances.
