Job summary

Regal is seeking an Assistant Manager to operate and supervise the theatre and staff, representing Regal in line with our mission and policies. This hourly role emphasizes leadership, training, and daily operations.

You will manage show times, promotions, staff supervision, cash handling, inventory, and safety to ensure guest satisfaction. This role requires readiness to perform multiple theatre duties and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months supervisory experience, or 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification Program.
• Must complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
• If theatre sells alcohol, must be of legal age to serve according to laws.
• Read and understand training materials including sexual harassment and discrimination.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop, coach and supervise non-management employees.
• Perform all staff positions as required.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment and maintain ROM knowledge.
• Interview, hire, schedule, coach, and discipline staff with GM oversight.
• Control costs and manage concessions inventory and supplies.
• Market and promote film engagements; schedule show times.
• Supervise theatre maintenance and safety; ensure guest satisfaction.
