Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; supervision experience preferred.
• Public speaking and clear written communication required.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise theatre staff and ensure policy adherence.
• Train, coach, and schedule non-management employees.
• Operate projection and AV equipment and related systems.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and safety procedures.
• Handle cash receipts and reconciliation at day end.
• Assist with marketing and promotions for features.
