Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months supervisory experience or 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification Program
• Alcohol certification/training if selling alcohol (Regal Responsible Beverage Server training)
• Strong communication, math, and reasoning abilities; proficient in basic PC programs and office equipment

Responsibilities

• Attend regularly and uphold theatre policies
• Train, coach and supervise non-management staff
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment
• Interview, hire, schedule, coach, and discipline staff under GM oversight
• Control costs and manage inventory and purchasing
• Promote film engagements and schedule show times
