Job summary

Regal Cinemas is seeking an Assistant Manager in Suffolk to lead daily theatre operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will train staff, manage scheduling, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with safety and alcohol service requirements where applicable.

Qualifications

At least 3 months of supervisory experience, OR 6 months theatre experience with completion of training, OR equivalent leadership potential.

Responsibilities

Lead daily theatre operations and ensure strong staff performance and guest experience.
Perform all staff positions as needed to support operations.
Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards and alcohol service requirements where applicable.
Train, coach, and supervise team members; assist with hiring, scheduling and performance management.
Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally and support promotions and theatre presentation.
Oversee cash handling, reporting, inventory, cost control and profitability support.
Manage theatre facilities including maintenance, cleanliness, projection and AV systems.
