Regal Fort Myers is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to oversee theatre operations and staff, ensuring guest satisfaction and policy compliance. The role involves supervising employees, scheduling, coaching, and handling cash deposits with accuracy.

You will also operate projection and AV equipment, monitor safety, and ensure required alcohol certifications when applicable. Strong communication, leadership, and HR paper­work skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least three months of supervisory experience or six months theatre experience.
  • Ability to supervise staff, train, and coach.
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills.
  • Understand and apply company policies and HR paperwork.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular attendance and enforce theatre policies.
  • Train, develop, coach, and supervise non-management staff.
  • Operate projection and audio-visual equipment and maintain systems.
  • Ensure proper alcohol service certification when required.
  • Monitor safety, loss prevention, and incident reporting.
  • Count, deposit, and reconcile theatre receipts.
  • Oversee interviewing, hiring, and disciplinary actions with GM oversight.
  • Control costs and manage concessions stock and inventory.
  • Schedule movies and communicate show times to channels.
  • Read and understand training materials on harassment and discrimination.
