Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training required for team members who work with alcohol.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Responds with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all required items in accordance with approved recipes and portion controls.
• Follows and executes prep lists daily.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper storage of all food products per health and safety regulations.
• Minimizes food waste and theft through adherence to policies.
• Collaborates with server team to ensure accurate food orders.
• Cleans food prep area and equipment after use.
• Opens or closes a workstation as scheduled.
• Maintains professional Cinemark culinary attire.
• Ensures SOPs, sanitation and preventative maintenance are followed.
• Wipes down and sanitizes high-contact areas.
• Uses PPE as required.
• Adapts to cleaning task frequency and scope.
• Monitors safety issues and reports to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
