Cinemark is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team inside the theatre. You will prepare items according to recipes, manage prep, and collaborate with servers to deliver fresh, tasty meals quickly for moviegoers.

Ideal candidates bring energy, a team mindset, and a commitment to clean, safe food handling. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with training provided. This role offers growth in a dynamic entertainment dining environment and a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Basic food handling training and any local/state certification as required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training if working with alcohol.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Good guest service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a team and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all required items per approved recipes and portion controls.
• Follows prep lists and maintains cleanliness and proper storage of food.
• Minimizes waste and theft through proper procedures.
• Collaborates with servers to ensure accurate orders.
• Cleans workstations and equipment after use, and opens/closes the workstation as scheduled.
• Maintains professional appearance and adheres to Cinemark culinary standards.
• Complies with safety, sanitation, and PPE requirements.
