Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Line Cook to prepare items per approved recipes in a fast-paced theatre kitchen. You’ll work with a team to deliver fresh, tasty food quickly so guests enjoy their visit.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Provides excellent Guest service and works in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all required items in accordance with approved recipes and portion controls.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper storage of all food products per health regulations.
• Collaborates with server team to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.
• Cleans work area and equipment after each shift; adheres to safety policies.
• Opens or closes a workstation as scheduled and wears Cinemark attire.
• Monitors safety and sanitation standards and reports issues to management.
