Job summary

B&B Theatres in Wooster, OH is seeking a part-time Theatre Staff member to engage guests, process sales at admissions and concessions, and maintain theatre cleanliness. You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to ensure magical guest experiences.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling POS transactions, serving concessions, and upholding food safety and cleanliness standards across lobbies and auditoriums.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• If aged 21 and older, R-Serving certification is required for all locations with bars or packaged alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome.
• Operate point-of-sale systems for ticketing, concessions, or merchandise sales.
• Prepare and serve concession items following food safety and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas.
• Monitor auditorium conditions for guest safety and comfort.
• Assist with ushering duties, including ticket scanning and guiding guests to seats.
• Collaborate with team to provide excellent guest service and support overall theatre operations.
