Regal Cinemas in Sewell, NJ is hiring team members to work in Box Office, Concession, or as Ushers. Positions include part-time and full-time hourly roles with a focus on guest service, attendance, and safety in theatre operations.

Responsibilities include operating the POS system, upselling Premium Viewing experiences, promoting Regal Crown Club, and ensuring compliance with MPAA ratings. Previous cast certification is preferred; training provided.

Competenze

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow policy and procedures.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS.

Mansioni

• Operate POS system; handle cash, cards, and tickets with accuracy.
• Upsell premium viewing options and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Promote MPAA compliance and assist guests via phone/in person.
• Tear tickets, direct patrons, and maintain auditorium cleanliness.
