Job summary

Cinemark is seeking a friendly Team Member to create a welcoming guest experience at the theater. You will greet guests, operate the POS, verify tickets, and provide information on movies and events. The role supports cross-functional duties across Usher, Box Office, and Concession positions as needed.

Applicants must be at least 16, flexible, and able to communicate in English. A practical can-do attitude with cash handling skills and teamwork is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Energetic and friendly attitude during every shift
• Excellent guest service and communication in English
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math
• Able to work in a team and also independently
• Must be able to take and follow directions
• Must respond with a sense of urgency

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
• Operate Cinemark's POS system for all transactions on assigned register
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to an auditorium
• Provide pricing, movie information, and special event details
• Respond to guest questions in a professional manner
• Conduct theatre inspections for presentation and safety
• Keep theatre areas clean and sanitized
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
