Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 or 18 years old.
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service.
• Accurate cash handling and math skills.
• Must be available during peak business hours (Nights, Weekend, and Holidays).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact with the public and provide high level of customer service.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for a long period of time.

Responsibilities

• Box office: greet customers, assist with seating, process transactions and handle cash; answer phone and provide theatre information; manage cash drawer, passes, vouchers, refunds and inventory.
• Concession: greet customers, upsell items, process payments, operate equipment, and stock deliveries; ensure food safety compliance.
• Usher: greet customers, make auditorium announcements, monitor seating and safety, direct to rooms, report safety concerns, assist with accessibility devices.
