Job summary

Landmark Theatres is seeking friendly, guest-focused staff for front-of-house roles at our Scottsdale location. You will take orders, operate the POS system, and ensure a clean, welcoming bar area while supporting a positive team environment.

We value exceptional guest service, professional communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be 21+ and flexible to meet business needs in a dynamic cinema and beverage setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Demonstrated the ability to provide exceptional guest service.
• The ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner.
• The ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Cultural and environmental compatibility with our theatre and bar, sharing enthusiasm and passion for food and beverage, the cinema, our business, and our company.
• The ability and flexibility to meet the needed availability.

Responsibilities

• Taking care of our guests efficiently and courteously.
• Accurately taking orders and entering them into our POS system.
• Keeping the bar area clean and appropriately stocked.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations regarding alcohol and food service.
• Assisting with food preparation and service.
• Supporting a friendly, guest service-oriented atmosphere with teammates and guests.
• Supporting all aspects of the business operations by consistently providing unsurpassed guest service.
• Committing to a positive attitude and contributing to the team.
• Displaying and cultivating passion for our company as well as the film and beverage communities.
