Job summary

The Hanover Theatre in Worcester seeks a Facilities Operations Specialist to ensure safe, efficient operation of its facilities, including event spaces and administrative areas. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years of relevant facilities maintenance experience.
• Experience coordinating external vendors and contractors.
• Experience with building automation and HVAC systems.
• OSHA 10 or safety training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate routine building maintenance and preventive maintenance across facilities.
• Respond promptly to issues, maintenance requests, and emergencies.
• Maintain service logs, work orders, and inspection records.
• Monitor building conditions and coordinate corrective actions with vendors.
• Assist with facility setup for events and coordinate cross‑department needs.
• Ensure safety procedures and compliance across spaces.
