Job summary

Dolby Theatre seeks a Director of Facilities to manage the theatre's entire property, oversee the Facilities department, and supervise staff and vendors. The role ensures compliance, safety, and efficient operations for all mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), 5+ years in facilities management, and supervisory experience. Candidates should have HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge and be prepared for irregular hours to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school (preferred).
• 5+ years of related facilities management experience.
• Supervisory/management experience required.
• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement facility management strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Direct and assist maintenance, repair, and operation of buildings, grounds, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations, including OSHA, fire safety, environmental, elevator, and building code requirements.
• Assist in the implementation of workplace safety programs and coordinate emergency preparedness planning and training.
