Qualifications

• Multiple years of professional experience in event coordination, theatre operations, or facility rental management.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to manage client relations effectively.
• Supervisory experience with volunteers or event staff.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the Dr. Mary T. Christian Theatre and oversee rental requests.
• Work with Theatre Manager to ensure seamless productions and client relations.
• Assist with donor and community events hosted by the Education Foundation.
