• Ability to read and interpret management materials and training resources.
• Proven ability to supervise, coach staff, and ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Attend to staff supervision and assignment as directed by management.
• Operate theatre equipment and ensure proper maintenance and safety procedures.
• Administer paperwork, HR policies, scheduling, and interviewing as needed.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle customer service issues.
• Count and reconcile receipts and manage deposits daily.
