Job summary

Regal Cinemas in Miami is hiring a Server for concession stands. You’ll greet guests, take orders, upsell snacks and beverages, and ensure fast, friendly service during screenings. You must be 18+, complete Regal beverage training, and maintain cash drawer accuracy while following all safety and alcohol service laws.

Prior food-service experience and strong communication help you thrive in a busy theater environment. Spanish language is a plus and team teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to complete beverage service training.
• Experience in fast-paced food-service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests with a smile and greet before film begins.
• Input orders rapidly in the POS system and ensure accuracy.
• Upsell food and beverages and promote promotions and coupons.
• Handle cash, maintain drawers, and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock concessions as needed.
